Blow molding

In two-step blow molding, the material to be blown is pre-blown into large and fine particles in a consolidated single-axis main blow molding machine, and then further blow-molded into final particles using a subsequent secondary blow molding machine. The secondary blow molding of the blow molding material is particularly described.  
In order to prevent the blow molding machine from showing defects, it is necessary to continue to feed the crusher appropriately, and these requirements are generally difficult to ensure through manual operation. Once the feed is excessive, it will generally cause uneven blow molding, shake, and accompanied by high-level noise. The result is that the material accumulates or the material being destroyed due to conflict causes its heat to be weakened. In addition, the higher sensitivity of disturbing data, and the generally higher blade wear that results in frequent replacement blades remain to be observed. 
In comparison, the two-step blow molding can make the main blow molding machine non-continuously feeding, where the hopper plays the role of a buffer. The meaning of optimizing the entire production process with this method of feeding is serious, because those operators no longer need to discontinuously operate the blow molding machine, and then enable them en able busy with other operations.  
Through the control of an intermittent switch, the pre-blown particles are now superbly added to the NZ type secondary blow molding machine. The placement of the two blow molding machines can be selected as one above the other or one behind the other. The secondary blow molding machine operates according to the operating principle of the cutting machine, and is designed for pre-blowing particles. Compared with the general blow molding machine, the second generation blow molding machine has a much smaller volume and only needs to rely on less driving energy of the whole machine. Because of its uniform feeding, no problems have ever occurred during the rotation speed operation. When such a blow molding machine is used for the second destruction of pre-blow molding materials, the noise level generated is much lower than that of one-step processing with a high speed.
